Description

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people and understanding their needs.
  • Fluency in Hindi or other languages is a valuable asset for customer interactions.

FAQ

Our selection process for this role involves Written Test (domain knowledge specific), Test of English and English writing abilities, Case Studies and interviews.

You can participate in the selection process at Dex after completing your educational program. Fresher are hired as interns first. Those who have finished the exams and waiting for results can apply. Those studying last semester or appearing for the last semester please contact us after completing your course.

We currently follow 9 am - 6 pm work cycle. MON-SAT 6 days a week. We are currently closed on 1 st & 3rd Saturdays. There is NO night shifts.

We provide EPF and ESI benefits. There are child education assistance and medical assistance programs for people who have crossed certain years at Dextrasys.
